Unforgivable Fragrance Unveiled

Sean “Diddy” Combs will launch his first fragrance “Unforgivable” at New York’s members-only hotspot, the Core Club, on Wednesday night. Diddy played an active role in creating a signature scent aimed at capturing the mood of sexiness and elegance. The top notes of the fragrance contain a wet citrus blend of Sicilian lemon, Italian bergamot, Moroccan tangerine, grapefruit and juniper, illuminated by a sparkling champagne accord. 

Sean John’s Unforgivable Fragrance retails for $55  (2.5 oz) and $75 (4.2oz), and will be available February 15th in department stores and specialty stores across the country.  Sean John Fragrance is a division of Make-Up Art Cosmetics, Inc., which is a subsidiary of the Estee Lauder Companies Inc.

As previously reported, the fragrance’s print ad recently caused controversy.  Retailers across the country rejected the print ad and  Estee Lauder responded by re-shooting a new “store-friendly” version. The original is still being used in magazines and on billboards.
